LaToya S. Redd received a B.A. in Mathematics and a minor in Spanish from the University of California, Berkeley. She received her J.D. from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law. After law school, she gained a wealth of experience in various aspects of litigation. She externed for Senior District Court Judge Thelton E. Henderson and has represented plaintiffs and defendants, in the civil arena, in small, medium, and large firm settings.

Presently, Ms. Redd is a partner and an owner of Redd Law Group, a premier civil litigation and transactional firm in the San Diego, California area. Ms. Redd practices in many areas of litigation and transactional work, including, but not limited to, real estate law, civil litigation, business law and litigation, and high profile litigation. She also has a civil appellate practice, where her office can handle any kind of civil appeal. She has employed and utilized associate attorneys and staff in the growing of her business.

After ten years of practicing, Ms. Redd and her office have worked on following types of cases: breach of contract, construction defect litigation, personal injury cases, landlord / tenant litigation, real estate matters, residential and commercial leases, business litigation, high profile and high stakes litigation, and civil appeals in the Court of Appeal and the Appellate Division of the Superior Court.
